I led design for cb.xyz from initial concept to v1 in under two weeks, taking the product through definition, interaction design, and first developer handoff.
The app was conceived as a concise, motion-based system.
All states transition seamlessly into one another, reducing mental load while creating a sense of coherence and polish that builds trust in a young product.
Rather than adding surface complexity, the focus was on clarity, operational transparency, and flow.

I worked on the website alongside the app as a single, cohesive system rather than a separate marketing artifact.
Both revolve around the idea of fluidity as an abstract expression of the promise to “unlock native assets onchain.” The result is a low-friction one-pager with a clear tone of voice and a single, subtle interactive moment that rewards exploration without demanding attention.
The layout, animation, and background dither are all modular by design, allowing the site to scale naturally as new pages and content are added.
